Ingredients:
- 10kg of Carrots
- 3kg of Sweet Potatoes (5 medium pieces)
- 5-6 Chillies
- Fresh Ginger
- 4 cans of Coconut Milk
- Veggie stock
- Salt
- Oil

Friday preparation

In the pot we have: carrots, sweet potatoes, ginger, salt, veggie stocks, oil. Boil until cooked. Approx. time of cooking: 1.5 hours.

Friday job completed. Following the cool down, store it in the fridge.

Saturday afternoon
Add the other ingredients. Use the mixer. Boil it again. Test for salt and chilli. Stir continuously. Approx. completion time: 1.5 hours.

The soup is ready to be placed in the thermos container. Will be served in short time at the ACS table.
